As outdoor enthusiasts, we expect that our gear and clothing will perform at a level necessary for the activity. You should expect the same. If you purchase an item that does not meet your expectations, just return it for a refund or exchange in a new, unused, condition with tags attached within 30 days. For your safety, we can not accept returns on weight-bearing climbing gear, food, water containers/filters, or oversize items.
To Return: If you happen to receive a product that does not meet your needs:
Email us at email@example.com to get your return Authorization number. Please put it on the outside of the box. Place a copy of the receipt in the box with your credit card number and expiration date.
Mail the package prepaid to: Earth Sports dba/Erehwon Mountain Outfitter 551 W. Golf Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Upon receipt of the product, we will email you to confirm it's arrival and credit your account.
You may also return any item to one of our local stores with a receipt.
** Erehwon will not issue any refunds with out a receipt or gift receipt, and we do not refund freight unless it is our mistake**
Holiday Extension Policy:
For all holiday purchases made starting in November we extend our return policy until January 10th or 30 days which ever is longer.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return directions and reorder it immediately on Erehwon.com to be sure that it is available. We will credit your account as soon as we receive it in new condition within 30 days.
You also may exchange an item at one of our local stores with a receipt.
Erehwon will accept returns of defective items within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. If not within 30 days please see our Warranty Services policy below.
Erehwon will provide the service of returning merchandise to its manufacturer for evaluation and will advocate for you when defective merchandise is returned. In such cases the final decision rests with the manufacturer.
